This workshop is geared for mothers post natal.  Pilates is a great form of exercise for new mothers to start to reconnect and strengthen their bodies.  Even if your are post natal several years come and start connecting with your core again!

Many of us suffer from some sort of shoulder pain.  Our contemporary live styles and careers draw our shoulders forward and start to limit our range of motion and function of our entire shoulder complex.  Find out how to reduce shoulder and neck pain and improve your range of motion of your arms and upper spine.

Back Care Essentials - June 9th

You may have heard the phrase "sitting is the new smoking", and it is so true!  Many of us sit for most of the day... driving the car, in front of the computer, in front of the TV, and it's taking a toll on our spines.  In this workshop i will focus on exercises that you can take home with you to improve the mobility of your spine and decrease pain.
